Jay R.

Co-founder of REAP

Jay along with three of his friends founded the ministry of REAP in 1994. With a humble beginning it blossomed into what it is today. Jay is a pastor, teacher and a church planting strategist. He resides in India but is always on the move spending most of his time with church planters in the field in South Asia.

Jay is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, has a doctorate from Columbia International University, South Carolina and has over 32 years of ministry experience. He is also the author of the book 'Reconversion Chaos' and has also published articles on mission and missionary training in many of the world's leading journals. Jay is the chief strategist, for all our church planting efforts in South Asia. Thus far more than 8000 church plants have been impacted by his life's work.

He is married to his wife Prema and they have two children and 3 grandchildren.

Samuel R.

Director | Admin & International Relations

Samuel, came on board in 2009 and serves as the Director of Admin and International Relations. He lives in Bangalore, India along with his wife Diana and their two children. He is passionate about discipleship and concentrates on the important aspect of self sustained disciple making. He does extensive field research among church planters and pastors ministering among the rural poor in South Asia.

His academic credentials in financial planning and management combined with experience in working with people below the poverty line augur well to bring about self sustained churches and ministries among the rural poor. He is also a graduate of theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and ministers as a teacher and preacher to the church at large.

He serves in particular on the pastoral team at Calvary's Grace Bible Church in Bangalore, India. He is a bi-vocational minister and functions as a liaison between REAP and its partners in South Asia.

Steve Albright

Chairman of the Board

Steve Albright is a Certified Public Accountant currently working for Ronald Blue & Co. CPAs and Consultants, LLP, branch office in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Steve began his career in accounting in 1974. In 1979 he founded a local CPA firm which he led for 36 years. In 2015 he merged the firm with Ronald Blue & Co.

In addition to his CPA designation, Steve earned his BS in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and his Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) accreditation from the AICPA. In the March 1997 issue of Money magazine, Steve received top honors in a national tax contest. Active in his community, Steve serves as Chairman of Africa Inland Mission (USA) and REAP International, Inc. He serves as Treasurer of Classic Productions for Students and the Global Institute of Missiology. He is an instructor for Crown Financial Ministries, is an active member of Cornerstone Church of Knoxville, and a member (and past president) of the Knoxville Estate Planning Council,

Steve and his wife, Peggy, live in Knoxville, TN, and have four children and seven grandchildren.
